Background of Gifted Education Nationally

The federal government does not currently support local gifted education financially.  However, there is a Javits fund, which provides grants to schools and universities to conduct research in gifted education.  The National Association for Gifted Children monitors this fund.

Who are the people making decisions about the education of your child nationally?

Your U.S. House Representative:

Representative Judy Biggert District 13 - (Republican)

Your U.S. Senators:

Senator Richard J. 'Dick' Durbin Senior Seat - (Democrat)
Senator Barack H. Obama Junior Seat - (Democrat)
